Favorite Place to meet Friends Outside of School: Canteen

Favorite Non-Academic School Club or Activity: Tennis

Occupation/Trade/Profession: Retired Spanish Teacher/Chairperson

Education Beyond High School: Master's degree, CAS (Administration)

Military Service: No

Hobbies/Pastimes: Photography, Astronomy, Philately, Cooking

One thing that no one knows about me is: I have a fabulous sense of humor.

Now the hard one. Tell us what we need to know...50 years in the space below:

I was a Spanish teacher in the Kings Park School District for 33 years, & the FL Chair for most of that time. I single handedly saved the FL program from a budget cut by rallying the community. While licensed as a Principal & Superintendent, I had no desire to take on those positions. Mr. Marocco would be stunned that I taught Spanish.

Finally, if you had to do it all over again, I would...Do exactly what I did and not change a thing. I have had an extremely successful career.
