I grew up in Hicksville from age 2 to 18. It was a great place to live. Started school at Woodland Avenue Elementary then moved on to Hicksville Junior High and ultimately to Hicksville High.

In June of 1970 I graduated and immediately started college at Ohio University. 4 years later I graduated with a BA in Psychology. I came back to Hicksville for a couple of years and worked out of Long Island City in Queens for a wholesale distributor of Major Appliances servicing and selling to Appliance stores.

Having been to Ohio and finding out there was life west of New York, I decided to leave Hicksville after two years in the appliance business and wound up in Phoenix, Arizona.

The Wild West provided lots of opportunities to someone willing to give it a shot. I started in the Home building business in 1979, and retired in 1999.

Since then I have been President of a faith based, non-profit organization, as well as the owner/Designated Broker of a small Real Estate Company.

I have a wife, Deborah, who together we are going to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary on 12/28/10. We have a Son, daughter and grandson. We also have a grand daughter due mid February. My wife, daughter and I live 9 houses away from my son and daughter in law and grandson in the northern part of Phoenix.

LIFE IS GOOD!
